Street artist Ben Eine, working in conjunction with the London Graphic Centre and leading urban art gallery Art Republic, has produced an ambitious new work in London’s Covent Garden, which was reveiled on Monday 28th March.
The temporary 16 x 6 metre work will occupy a high-profile site on Mercer Street, WC2 for six weeks.
Eine, who hit the headlines in 2010 when one of his works on canvas, 21st Century City, was purchased by 10 Downing Street from Art Republic’s London gallery as a gift to the White House, will draw inspiration from a traditional London nursery rhyme for this new work.
